About us/ What we stand for as a diverse company
DE-CIX [ˈdeːˌkiks] has around 250 employees from over 35 countries who ensure the smooth and secure exchange of data and information around the globe. Appreciation, recognition, openness and respect have the highest priority - regardless of gender, sexual orientation, origin and all other reasons that could lead to discrimination or exclusion. DE-CIX stands for diversity and inclusion.
The Rainbow Career Services are important to us because...
...diversity and inclusion should be lived and promoted. Rainbow Day is a good opportunity for us to exchange ideas, learn from each other, present our initiatives and learn through dialog. We want to demonstrate our open-minded corporate culture: with almost 60 locations worldwide, DE-CIX connects companies, nations and, above all, people.

As a company, we have signed the Diversity Charter and are therefore committed to promoting diversity. Diversity Day has also been marked in our corporate calendar for many years.
