We, the Hessian Competence Center for New Administrative Management (HCC), with our 565 employees, are the central service provider for SAP, accounting and procurement for the Hessian state administration. Our HCC is diverse and colorful. Here, career starters, career changers and experienced colleagues work hand in hand. At just over 20 years old, our HCC is a comparatively young authority that is constantly growing and actively shaping the digitalization of the Hessian state administration. Our working world at the HCC is colorful. As a central service provider for the Hessian state administration, our tasks are extremely diverse - as are your opportunities. Our three main areas of expertise include services relating to SAP, finance and accounting and procurement. Competent reinforcement is always welcome. Depending on your previous professional experience, you can, for example, complete a dual study program, join us as a trainee (m/f/d), as an expert (m/f/d) or as a senior expert (m/f/d). If you have a university degree and already have some SAP/IT experience, our trainee program could be just right for you. The exact focus of your work will be determined individually according to your strengths and interests. During the 24 months, you will receive a thorough induction through on-the-job training and training courses. You will also be actively involved in innovative SAP projects and take on your own areas of responsibility. Over the course of the two years, you will have the opportunity to develop into an expert role. If you already have several years of SAP/IT experience, our Expert (m/f/d) and Senior Expert (m/f/d) positions may be of interest to you. With your expertise and specialist knowledge, you will take on challenging tasks and responsibility for complex topics. You will also have the opportunity to expand your know-how and play a key role in shaping the further development of our systems.
