As a municipal housing company, we see diversity as a reflection of how people live and interact in our city, in our neighborhoods and districts. We have recognized the issues of diversity, inclusion and equality as very fundamental to the social stability of the future; they are therefore also firmly anchored in our corporate culture as important values at HOWOGE. We want to stay on top of this, initiate new ideas and set an example.

We have the feeling and the hope that with the help of Rainbow Career Services we can make more people aware of us who have not yet had us on their radar, so that they too can find a job in a company that offers everyone the opportunity to develop freely.

We have inclusion and women's representatives in the company, are analogue and digitally accessible, are involved in initiatives such as the Diversity Charter, offer further training and organize diversity challenges for trainees. Because diversity is not a special status for us, it is a matter of course.
