Sexual orientation is not a disqualifier! Although it's a private matter, sexual orientation has social consequences in a heteronormative culture. This also applies to the workplace. Since 2012, ÖBB has participated in the Rainbow Parade and hosts important initiatives such as the Queer Business Forum. With the internal Rainbow Network ("QBB"), we offer a networking opportunity for all LGBTIAQ+ colleagues, as well as their friends and supporters. In addition to regular events, workshops, and information sessions, we also organize joint activities. This is because we are convinced that diversity is our strength and that we can learn from each other.
