About us/ What we stand for as a diverse company
The Queer Center Wiesbaden is the queer living room for Wiesbaden and the surrounding area. We support the queer community wherever we can and always keep an eye on intersectionality in order to be able to deal with multiple discrimination in a professional manner.
The Rainbow Career Services are important to us because...
... we believe that diversity is an invaluable asset for society as a whole. Companies and the like are only just beginning to discover the potential here. A development towards a society with less discrimination is only possible together.
We are already implementing the following diversity measures in our company:
Diversity is our core business, especially in the LGBTIQ* area. We offer a safe space for community members, a home for associations and organizations in the field and raise awareness and political work externally.
