Living diversity – that's what Raiffeisen NÖ-Wien's diversity strategy is all about. It's about making the most of the potential and strengths of our employees, highlighting their individuality, counteracting social discrimination, and improving equal opportunities. To this end, various measures have been put in place and are being implemented in different areas. The focus is on job satisfaction, motivation, and willingness to perform, among other things. Promoting diversity increases the bank's attractiveness as an employer and has also been shown to have a positive effect on Raiffeisen NÖ-Wien's financial results and reputation. In 2024, a package of measures on corporate volunteering was launched to complement these efforts.

Participating in the Rainbow Career Fair is therefore an important sign of openness and equal opportunities in practice for us. The fair offers us the opportunity to engage with talented individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community, showcase our corporate culture, and actively demonstrate that diversity is welcome at Raiffeisen NÖ-Wien. At the same time, we want to send a clear signal that we are creating a working environment in which people can develop their potential regardless of their sexual orientation or identity.

Raiffeisen NÖ-Wien's diversity strategy is implemented through numerous concrete measures. These range from awareness-raising and internal training to diversity-oriented recruiting and social engagement in the context of corporate volunteering.
