The Serviceplan Group is Europe's largest independent, partner-led agency group. It means uniting and celebrating the diversity of culture, ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental abilities, and work and life situations. We believe that Best Brands can only be built with open-mindedness and curiosity. This is how we achieve higher forms of collaboration and out-of-the-box creativity.

Internal Diversity Taskforce; Diversity Month (program with speeches, learning sessions, and events on various DEIB topics such as gender equality, corporate responsibility, racism, cultural identity, and neurodiversity); weLGBTQIA+ (Together, we implement projects that promote the visibility of LGBTQIA+ and support their concerns, such as information events, participation in Pride events, including CSD at several of our locations, and advising on internal projects); Mandatory Unconscious Bias E-Learnings; We Family (flexible working hours, assistance with childcare placement, and workshops on family topics. Through our weFAMILY community, colleagues can connect and network in person and online); Diversity Line (feedback option in our intranet allows for anonymous submission of criticism, praise, and suggestions on all DEIB topics. The insights gained are used to combat potential discrimination and create a work environment that actively promotes diversity. We have a dedicated contact person for this purpose.)
