SOKA-BAU is the umbrella brand under which the Vacation and Wage Equalization Fund of the Construction Industry (ULAK) and the Supplementary Pension Fund of the Construction Industry AG (ZVK) are represented. These two institutions were founded by the parties to the collective bargaining agreements in the construction industry (Hauptverband der Deutschen Bauindustrie, Industriegewerkschaft Bauen-Agrar-Umwelt, Zentralverband des Deutschen Baugewerbes). Creating fair working conditions in the construction industry, securing vacation entitlements and pensions for 1.8 million people: only SOKA-BAU can do this so well!
