We have created a diversity network dedicated to: • promoting an inclusive corporate culture • celebrating diversity • supporting dialogue among employees from different backgrounds • raising awareness of diversity and inclusion • advancing concrete measures to improve the work environment In general, the network aims to create an inclusive work environment in which all employees—regardless of their differences—feel welcome and valued and have an equal opportunity to achieve maximum success through their individual performance. This is achieved through various measures: 1. Training and Awareness-Raising: We offer training for all employees on intercultural collaboration and inclusion, thereby raising awareness of biases and stereotypes and improving the ability to work productively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. 2. Promoting an inclusive culture: Through teamwork, open communication, and regular dialogue and feedback mechanisms, we foster an open and respectful work environment. 3. Supportive Inclusion for International Employees: We help new international employees get started with us and in their new home by offering inclusion courses tailored to their needs. We have hired integration officers who are specially trained for this purpose. Additional program elements, such as a group tour of the city of Frankfurt, assistance with dealing with government agencies, a regular integration café for learning German together and having casual conversations, and much more, round out the offerings. 4. Career Development and Advancement: Equal opportunity is important to us. Through various mentoring programs, coaching sessions, and targeted individual career counseling, we not only support our employees in shaping their own career paths but also lay the foundation for individual growth and development opportunities, regardless of cultural background, gender, age, or other factors 5. Organization of Events and Activities: The network plans regular events depending on available resources, such as lectures and networking events.
