The many important services for the queer community in Cologne were expanded to include a new format in 2024:
The Rainbow Career Day!
On April 21, 2027, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the event will take place for the fourth time, once again in direct cooperation with CBS University of Applied Sciences, at the Cologne campus.
Modern and open-minded companies are reintroducing themselves as employers and explaining why they view diversity as an essential part of their corporate culture, and why they are eager to engage with interested members of the LGBTQ+ community (and anyone else who values diversity).
Conversely, everyone who attends the Rainbow Career Day learns how authentic a company is and whether their own personality is reflected in this company. Regardless of the industry or general field!
The event will be complemented by a supporting program that also invites people to exchange ideas, engage in dialogue, get to know each other and network outside of career talks.

12:15 – 1:00 PM | Sandra Grösch Consulting – Queer Financial Counseling will demonstrate in her presentation how to use money as a positive tool to make your dreams come true. Learn how to set the course today for a self-determined life. (Free of charge in the Casablanca Room / Ground Floor)
