We are looking for
(Young) professionals (with professional experience)
Desired additional qualifications
You hold a college degree in business, IT, information management, or a related field, and have several years of professional experience in the ECM field. In addition, you bring the following to the table:
- You have extensive experience in project planning and management, as well as a strong understanding of complex IT landscapes and ECM systems.
- Ideally, you have initial experience in prompt engineering, with Microsoft Copilot, SAP Build Work Zone, or comparable technologies.
- You stand out for your excellent analytical and conceptual skills, as well as your ability to quickly grasp new topics.
- You possess in-depth IT knowledge, particularly in BPMN, a basic understanding of SQL, and proficiency in using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and ideally Power Apps.
- You work independently and in a structured manner, prioritizing tasks effectively, combined with a proactive mindset as an enabler.
- You impress with your strong communication skills, confidence in presentations, and professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have excellent written and spoken German (C2) and good written and spoken English (min. B2).
