Desired Additional Qualifications
You have a completed university degree in Economics, IT, Information Management, or a comparable qualification, and possess several years of professional experience in the ECM environment. In addition, you bring:
- You have in-depth experience in project planning and management, as well as a strong understanding of complex IT landscapes and ECM systems.
- Ideally, you have initial experience in prompt engineering, with Microsoft Copilot, SAP Build Work Zone, or comparable technologies.
- You are characterized by very good analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a quick grasp of new topics.
- You possess in-depth IT knowledge, particularly in BPMN, a fundamental understanding of SQL, and are proficient in using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and ideally Power Apps.
- You work independently and in a structured manner, prioritize tasks with a clear focus, and have a proactive mindset as an enabler.
- You impress with your strong communication skills, confident presentation abilities, and assured demeanor when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have very good German language skills (C2) as well as good English language skills (min. B2), both written and spoken.
