We are seeking junior associates for our Banking & Finance practice group at our Frankfurt office—individuals who are highly qualified, innovative, tech-savvy, and curious. The focus is on advising banks, debt funds, companies, and private equity investors on all aspects of banking and financing transactions, including domestic and international syndicated loans, acquisition financing, cross-border leveraged buyout financing, financial restructurings, and general corporate financing.
