Associates (m/f/d) | Tax, specializing in M&A | Frankfurt

Is tax law not just dry theory to you, but an exciting field full of intellectual challenges, strategy, and creative freedom? Then we should get to know each other.

For our office in Frankfurt, we are looking for individuals who approach tax issues with a clear perspective and a strong understanding of business. People who enjoy taking on responsibility, think analytically, and take pleasure in being part of a dedicated team.

With us, your day-to-day work is guaranteed to be anything but boring: You’ll advise companies operating nationally and internationally on complex tax law issues with a focus on M&A—particularly in international tax law. In doing so, you’ll design the tax structure for corporate acquisitions, support cross-border investments and restructurings, and represent clients before tax authorities and tax courts.
