Associates | Tax, focus on M&A | Frankfurt

Do you find tax law exciting rather than dry, full of mental challenges, strategy, and creative freedom? Then we should get to know each other.

For our office in Frankfurt, we are looking for individuals who approach tax issues with a clear vision and an understanding of economics. People who enjoy taking on responsibility, think analytically, and enjoy being part of a dedicated team.

With us, your everyday work is guaranteed not to be boring: you will advise nationally and internationally active companies on challenging tax law issues with a focus on M&A – in particular international tax law. In doing so, you will design the tax structure of company acquisitions, accompany cross-border investments and restructurings, and represent clients before the tax authorities and tax courts.
