Consumer Lending Product & Pricing Manager – Retail Banking (all genders welcome)

Consumer Lending Product & Pricing Manager – Retail Banking (m/f/d)

Do you have in-depth knowledge of the German consumer credit market and a business-minded approach? Do you also value collaboration as equals, diverse career opportunities, and a healthy work-life balance? Perfect—that’s exactly what we offer! Simply apply with your resume and help shape the future of our lending business together with our “Easy Financing” team.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll take the lead on strategic product management for our lending products, focusing on volume and margin optimization.
- When managing our products, you’ll be data-driven while also leveraging creative ideas to further develop them.
- You’ll get projects off the ground and successfully to their goals with clarity, speed, and persuasiveness across departmental boundaries.
- Risks? You’ve got them on your radar. Trends? You assess them accurately and apply what makes our products better and our processes more efficient. Of course, you navigate confidently between entrepreneurial thinking and regulatory requirements.
- With data-driven analyses and robust business cases, you set the direction, translate complex issues into clear presentations, and ensure that decisions can be made quickly and with confidence.
- Under the same premise, you make performance visible and improve it: Your reports not only show the status quo but also provide concrete levers for greater customer loyalty and additional business.
- In everything you do, you prioritize teamwork: You work independently with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Customer Interaction, Service, Risk) and reliably support your colleagues with your guidelines, work instructions, and procedures.

This is what we stand for as a diverse company

At ING, we are colorful and diverse: different personalities with different perspectives - in an international culture in which we value each other. We wear sneakers and pumps, hoodies and suits. Because people don't fit into boxes.

Contact with the queer community is important to us because...

We are passionate about diversity, initiative, teamwork and innovation. People with a wide variety of backgrounds, experiences and lifestyles work together at our company. This makes us colorful and successful. We live this diversity!

We are already implementing the following diversity measures in our company:

Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging are at the heart of everything we do and what we stand for. We believe that with this focus we can not only attract and retain the best employees, but together we will achieve the best. By creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture where everyone can be who they are, everyone can reach their full potential. Numerous networks at ING are also committed to this and shape our corporate culture - through events, workshops and sponsorships. Each network is supported by a sponsor from top management - with time, budget and active support. Incidentally, we are a founding member of the Workplace Pride organization from the Netherlands: We have been listed in their annual benchmark since 2014 and even reached ambassador level in June 2024. We have developed inclusive policies at several locations and created space for the LGBTQI+ community.
