Corporate Governance Manager (m/f/d) – fixed-term contract

You will play an active role in shaping the corporate governance of the United Internet Group and take on responsibilities. Your focus will be on organizing Group-wide Supervisory Board and Executive Board meetings, as well as providing technical support for their preparation, execution, and follow-up. You will draft legally compliant documents and minutes.

The following tasks await you:
- You will draft and review draft resolutions, rules of procedure, articles of association, and filings with the commercial register.
- You will coordinate the preparation, execution, and follow-up of meetings of the Executive Board, the Management Board, the Supervisory Board, as well as shareholders’ meetings and annual general meetings, and prepare the corresponding documents and minutes.
- You will support the functional departments in matters of corporate governance, particularly with regard to internal guidelines and external requirements such as codes of conduct, reporting obligations, and formal declarations.
- You will ensure the proper documentation and maintenance of company-related records and coordinate with functional departments in this regard.
- You contribute to the ongoing optimization and digitization of processes and standards within the governance organization and ensure a reliable flow of information between the relevant stakeholders.
