Employee (m/f/d) – Mailroom / Logistics – Fixed-term

In the mailroom, you are responsible for various central tasks and ensure the smooth running of document and package processing.

Your responsibilities include:
- You process the daily mail and package intake and take care of the distribution of mail in the various buildings in Karlsruhe.
- You will be responsible for the shipping process of our outgoing packages, ensuring they arrive at their destination on time and securely.
You are responsible for the care and maintenance of the machines and equipment in the mailroom to ensure smooth operation.
- You scan documents and send them digitally to ensure efficient and modern document processing.
- You create department-internal reports as well as regular reporting in Excel to make mail and package processing transparent.
- You are responsible for the systematic recording of operational processes and their transfer into clear, structured work instructions.
