Desired Additional Qualifications
A completed relevant degree or comparable education combined with at least five years of relevant professional experience in the IT service or digital workplace environment form the basis of your expertise. In addition, you bring sound practical experience in IT service and have a solid knowledge of ITSM processes and experience in handling complex incidents and escalations.
You are distinguished by the following qualifications:
- You have experience with functional coordination, independent ownership of topics, or the structured preparation of decisions.
- You have the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way, evaluate options for action, and formulate clear recommendations.
- You bring very good German language skills and working knowledge of English.
- Ideally, you have experience with the Matrix42 Service Portal or a comparable ITSM system, knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 apps, as well as experience with Power Automate or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Preferably, you also bring knowledge in endpoint, asset, or lifecycle management and have experience working in a larger IT service with multiple teams and specialized IT interfaces.
- Optimally, you already possess ITIL knowledge or a corresponding certification.
