IT Service Specialist (m/f/d) Digital Workplace

A balanced combination of hands-on operational work and overarching technical design awaits you. You will spend about half of your time analyzing and handling complex incidents, service requests, and escalations in the digital workplace environment. You will use the other half to prepare technical topics, improve processes and documentation, and further develop collaboration among IT service teams. Based on this, you will evaluate courses of action and formulate well-founded recommendations for management.

You can expect the following tasks in particular:
- They ensure structured, transparent, and service-oriented processing in the Matrix42 Service Portal.
- You identify bottlenecks, process deviations, and recurring disruptions, develop appropriate improvement measures, and oversee their implementation.
- You coordinate tasks and priorities together with the manager and follow up reliably on agreed measures.
- You work closely with the other IT service teams and support the development and application of uniform processes, standards, and working methods. In addition, you also represent your topics across teams and maintain equally close cooperation with external service providers.
- You identify and analyze relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), derive measures to improve our services from them, and track their impact.
- You improve operational and process documentations as well as knowledge articles and pass on your knowledge in a structured manner to colleagues.
- You support Digital Workplace Services with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 Apps and evaluate potential use cases for Power Automate and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

A completed relevant degree or comparable education combined with at least five years of relevant professional experience in the IT service or digital workplace environment form the basis of your expertise. In addition, you bring sound practical experience in IT service and have a solid knowledge of ITSM processes and experience in handling complex incidents and escalations. You are distinguished by the following qualifications: - You have experience with functional coordination, independent ownership of topics, or the structured preparation of decisions. - You have the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way, evaluate options for action, and formulate clear recommendations. - You bring very good German language skills and working knowledge of English. - Ideally, you have experience with the Matrix42 Service Portal or a comparable ITSM system, knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 apps, as well as experience with Power Automate or Microsoft 365 Copilot. - Preferably, you also bring knowledge in endpoint, asset, or lifecycle management and have experience working in a larger IT service with multiple teams and specialized IT interfaces. - Optimally, you already possess ITIL knowledge or a corresponding certification.
