For our Frankfurt office, we are seeking associates—both with and without prior experience—for our Corporate/M&A practice who are highly qualified, innovative, tech-savvy, and curious.

Your primary responsibility will be advising our clients on cross-border transactions, such as acquisitions, equity investments, and joint ventures.

Your Profile:

Excellent legal qualifications, full law degree (m/f/d)
