Junior / Mid-Level Associates (m/f/d) | Corporate, Securities, and Capital Markets Law

We are seeking associates (m/f/d) for our Frankfurt office—both with and without professional experience—for our Corporate/M&A practice, particularly in the areas of securities and capital markets law. We are looking for individuals who are highly qualified, innovative, tech-savvy, and curious.

Your responsibilities:

You will advise national and international clients on the following topics, among others:

Corporate governance of publicly traded companies
Issues related to group law
Preparation for and support during annual general meetings
Advice on capital market transactions
National and international M&A transactions

Your profile:

Excellent legal qualifications, full law degree (m/f/d)
Ph.D. or LL.M. is desirable
Interest in international projects and complex legal issues
