For our Frankfurt office, we are seeking highly qualified, innovative, and tech-savvy associates with professional experience to support our Corporate Reorganization / M&A practice. Your primary responsibility will be advising our clients on all types of cross-border and domestic corporate transactions, such as acquisitions, equity investments, joint ventures, intra-group reorganizations, and other corporate law matters.
