You have completed vocational training in a technical field, such as electrician, electronics technician, electrical system installer, mechatronics technician, or industrial mechanic, and possess very good German language skills, as well as a willingness to undergo further training to become a power plant operator, with the option for subsequent power plant master craftsman training depending on aptitude and performance.
