Skilled Worker Power Plant (m/f/d)

The Electricity and Heat Generation division is responsible for the operational and maintenance management of all SWM energy generation facilities. The extensive plant portfolio includes fossil-fueled combined heat and power plants and peak load heating plants, as well as renewable facilities for the use of hydropower, geothermal energy, biogas, wind power, and solar energy.

The focus of the area of responsibility lies in the supervision and operation of energy generation plants.

For this area, we are looking for several employees for the North and South heating power plants as soon as possible.

The position is initially for a fixed term of two years and serves to qualify as a Certified Power Plant Operator (IHK) (m/f/d). A permanent employment relationship is possible upon successful completion of the training.

You have completed vocational training in a technical field, such as electrician, electronics technician, electrical system installer, mechatronics technician, or industrial mechanic, and possess very good German language skills, as well as a willingness to undergo further training to become a power plant operator, with the option for subsequent power plant master craftsman training depending on aptitude and performance.
