Student Intern (m/f/d) – E-Learning & Digital Learning

Our "Learning & Organizational Development" department takes a cross-functional approach to (digital) learning, career development, and personal growth, as well as the associated portfolio of events and projects. In this role, you will manage the organizational processes for our employee and leadership development using our tools (e.g., Learning Management System, MS Office, MS SharePoint) and will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the design of our human resources development initiatives.
- You will support the administration of our Learning Management System (IMC Learning Suite) with course management, user inquiries, and quality assurance.
- You will design and create digital learning offerings (e.g., e-learning modules, microlearning modules, instructional videos)—from content structure to technical implementation.
- You will help empower our users in their use of the Learning Management System by organizing and conducting training sessions for administrators.
- You will assist in the collection and analysis of key performance indicators in the learning environment, thereby contributing to the continuous optimization of our offerings.
- You will participate in interdisciplinary projects based on your interests.

Desired additional qualifications

You are currently pursuing a degree in, for example, (business) education, media studies, or a related field, and would like to put your enthusiasm for digital learning solutions and modern learning formats into practice. In addition, you bring the following to the table: - Ideally, you have gained some initial practical experience in the field of e-learning/digital learning. - You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner and grasp new topics quickly. - You have a strong affinity for digital tools, particularly AI-powered applications for content creation, and proactively experiment with new systems. - You design learning content from the user’s perspective and present it in a way that is clear and tailored to the target audience. - You have strong MS Office skills and, ideally, experience with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline), or the willingness to learn them quickly. - You have excellent German and good English skills.
