Student Intern (m/f/d) – ESG Responsible Sourcing

As a working student on the Corporate Procurement team, you will be part of United Internet’s Commercial Services division and will work closely with colleagues in strategic and operational procurement, as well as with colleagues from all other Group companies. As a cross-functional unit, the team is responsible for projects across the Source-to-Contract value chain.

In your day-to-day work, you will primarily take on the following tasks:
- You will provide support for strategic projects in the context of Source to Contract with a focus on ESG topics (Environmental (E) - Social (S) - Governance (G)).
- You will assist in reviewing ESG criteria as part of tenders and supplier approvals and ensure their completeness.
- You will assist in monitoring procurement processes and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
- You will assist in creating and maintaining reports, as well as performing simple checks and analyses.
- You will assist with workflow-driven supplier communication and support the procurement team with questions regarding compliance issues.

In addition, you bring the following to the table: - You excel in communication and organization and are known for your reliable, precise, and independent work style. - You are interested in procurement processes and would like to gain insights into topics such as compliance, sustainability, and governance requirements at the corporate level. - You work carefully and in an organized manner, and enjoy tackling tasks in a structured way and supporting the team. - You are proficient in using standard MS Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). - You impress with your excellent German and good English skills.
