We are currently measuring our progress by implementing the following measures: - Introduction of company-wide training on unconscious bias - Gender pay gap reporting - Strengthening transparency and consistent management of discrimination - Diversity Charter certification - Implementation of a women's advancement program - Additional measures such as the "Keep in Touch Program" for employees on parental leave, expansion of financial support for childcare Additional measures within the framework of the Diversity Charter are currently being developed.
