Biases (unconscious prejudices) are often the basis for discriminatory behavior - also in business life. It is important for Helvetia to stop discriminatory behavior. This applies to any kind of discrimination based on age, gender, gender orientation, origin, personality, appearance, workload and working methods.

In 2019, we carried out blind recruiting for the first time and had very positive experiences with it. Job seekers were able to apply for our vacancies without providing personal data such as name, age, nationality or gender. We have since established blind recruiting as another fixed recruiting channel. To express this openness towards all people, we signed the Diversity Charter in 2021. This initiative serves to promote respect for all people, regardless of gender, origin, age, skin color, sexual orientation or religion.
