With our diversity management, we stand for the appreciation of all employees regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic origin, religion or ideology, disability, age, sexual orientation and identity. Living diversity creates equal opportunities in everyday working life. Because we know that Diversity is not the problem, it's the solution!

We have already taken part in the nationwide Diversity Challenge twice since 2020. The annual Diversity Day is a nationwide day of action of the Diversity Charter, in which we participate together with over 1000 other organizations to visibly stand up for more diversity in the world of work. Since 2020, we have held annual seminars in cooperation with the Anne Frank Educational Center in Frankfurt am Main on the topics of discrimination in the workplace - effective protection for those affected, dealing with misanthropic comments in the team and dealing with religious diversity for all colleagues. At the same time, a visit to the educational institution's learning laboratory in Frankfurt am Main has been mandatory for all trainees and dual students since the start of the cooperation. In February 2025, a further cooperation agreement was concluded with the Adam von Trott, Imshausen e.V. Foundation with the same objective. As a modern and open-minded employer, the state of Hesse supports its own queer employees in networking. In 2024, we took part in Christopher Street Day in Frankfurt am Main for the first time.
