Every day, around 8500 employees from over 120 different nations work together at the highest level. In general, the network pursues the goal of creating an inclusive working environment in which all employees - regardless of their differences - feel welcome and valued and have the same opportunity to achieve maximum success with their individual performance.
This is achieved through various measures:
1. training and awareness-raising: we provide training for all employees on intercultural collaboration as well as inclusion training, thereby raising awareness of prejudices and stereotypes and improving the ability to work productively with colleagues from different backgrounds.
2. fostering an inclusive culture: we promote an open and respectful working environment through teamwork, open communication and regular exchange and feedback mechanisms.
3. supporting inclusion for foreign employees: We make it easier for new foreign employees to get started with us and in their new adopted country by offering inclusion courses tailored to their needs. Specially trained integration officers have been hired for this purpose. Additional program items such as a joint tour of the city of Frankfurt, help with visits to the authorities, a regular integration café to learn German together and talk in a familiar atmosphere, and much more supplement the offer.
4 Career development and support: Equal opportunities are important to us. With the help of various mentoring programs, coaching or targeted individual career advice, we not only support our employees in shaping their own career paths, but also lay the foundation for individual advancement and development opportunities regardless of cultural background, gender, age or other factors
5. organization of events and activities: The network plans regular events depending on resources, such as holding lectures and networking events. Last year, we were a proud participant in Christopher Street Day (CSD).
