The position is available full-time or part-time.

Your Responsibilities
- When it comes to organizational skills, no one can hold a candle to you. Whether you’re managing meetings, events, seminars, appointments, and business trips, handling travel expense reports, or looking after internal and external guests: you’ve got our Head of Management’s back at all times.
- You’ll also play a key role in supporting our Management Reporting & Business Advice and Procurement & Payments units in their day-to-day operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly in terms of administrative structures, processes, and other matters.
- With an eye for detail, you research important data and facts—even in international contexts—and provide our Lead with solid internal departmental statistics.
- Whether it’s documents, correspondence, or presentations, you know exactly what matters and create them with precision and top-notch quality.
- You’re also skilled at juggling numbers, so you’ll actively assist with annual budget planning and monitoring as needed, review and post invoices, and process orders.
- In short: You create the space for our Head of Management and the teams to focus on their core work by efficiently handling support tasks in day-to-day operations and projects and clearing obstacles out of the way.
