Employee (m/f/d) – Mailroom / Logistics – Temporary Position

In the mailroom, you will be responsible for various key tasks and ensure that document and package handling runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities include:
- You will process daily incoming mail and packages and handle the distribution of mail to the various buildings in Karlsruhe.
- You will handle the dispatch of our outgoing parcels and ensure that they arrive at their destination on time and safely.
- You will be responsible for the care and maintenance of the machines and equipment in the mailroom to ensure smooth operations.
- You will scan documents and forward them digitally to ensure efficient and modern document processing.
- You will create internal departmental reports as well as regular reports in Excel to ensure transparency in mail and package processing.
- You are responsible for systematically documenting operational processes and translating them into clear, structured work guidelines.
