Intern, Transformation Office – Data-Driven Reporting (m/f/d)

Do you have a knack for numbers and facts and want to play an active role in shaping the future of ING Germany? Then seize this opportunity and apply! By establishing a Transformation Office, we aim to accelerate and support the implementation of the bank’s strategic portfolio (YOU32) with measurable impact. Join our Change & Transformation Team and bring your strengths to the table—for sustainable change and real impact.

Your Responsibilities
- Out of the lecture hall, into the action: During your internship, you’ll be right in the thick of things from the start, driving the development of data-driven, system-based reporting—for maximum transparency in the bank’s change process. Your foundation: sustainable, clean data management.
- Together with your team, you’ll define reporting requirements and translate them into a compelling dashboard design. In doing so, you’ll dive deep into project data from ServiceNow PPM and Azure Boards.
- There’s a lot to accomplish here, and you’ll pitch in everywhere: from strategic projects to optimize data quality in our systems to actively coordinating with stakeholders at all levels through regular communication channels.
- With so much data, top-notch quality assurance is a given. You’ll help create a consistent, precise view of the portfolio and its relevant dependencies.
- Throughout all of this, you’ll never be on your own; you can count on our support and guidance every step of the way so that we can achieve success together.

This is what we stand for as a diverse company

At ING, we are colorful and diverse: different personalities with different perspectives - in an international culture in which we value each other. We wear sneakers and pumps, hoodies and suits. Because people don't fit into boxes.

Contact with the queer community is important to us because...

We are passionate about diversity, initiative, teamwork and innovation. People with a wide variety of backgrounds, experiences and lifestyles work together at our company. This makes us colorful and successful. We live this diversity!

We are already implementing the following diversity measures in our company:

Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging are at the heart of everything we do and what we stand for. We believe that with this focus we can not only attract and retain the best employees, but together we will achieve the best. By creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture where everyone can be who they are, everyone can reach their full potential. Numerous networks at ING are also committed to this and shape our corporate culture - through events, workshops and sponsorships. Each network is supported by a sponsor from top management - with time, budget and active support. Incidentally, we are a founding member of the Workplace Pride organization from the Netherlands: We have been listed in their annual benchmark since 2014 and even reached ambassador level in June 2024. We have developed inclusive policies at several locations and created space for the LGBTQI+ community.
