CMS in Germany

About us/ What we stand for as a diverse company
As CMS in Germany, we are actively committed to diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities. Since signing the Diversity Charter in 2012, we have strived every day to create a working environment characterized by tolerance and mutual respect. We encourage people of different nationalities, genders, ethnic and religious backgrounds and sexual orientations to work together. Our internal Pride@CMS network, launched in 2022, offers all team members a platform for exchanging ideas on LGBTQIA+ topics and supports an inclusive working environment. Through regular training and partnerships with organizations such as ALICE, the LGBTQIA+ career network for lawyers, we underline our commitment to diversity and equal opportunities. At CMS Germany, we believe that diversity is our strength and a key contributor to our success.
The Rainbow Career Services are important to us because...
...we want to create a working environment in which all people feel welcome and valued, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. Diversity strengthens our team, brings in new perspectives and promotes an open corporate culture.
The Rainbow Career Services enable us to reach talented individuals who are looking for an inclusive and equal opportunity working environment. It is important to us to set visible signs for more equality in the world of work and to actively support exchange within the community.
We are already implementing the following diversity measures in our company:
At CMS in Germany, diversity is not just a value, but a lived practice. We have implemented targeted measures to create an inclusive working environment and actively promote equal opportunities.
These include internal training on unconscious bias, flexible working models that take individual life realities into account and measures that actively promote dialog within underrepresented groups. We support employees with networks and contact points that strengthen the exchange and visibility of diversity.
We also regularly review our internal processes - from recruitment to career development - to reduce discrimination and promote diversity at all levels. Our commitment is complemented by external partnerships to promote diversity across the industry.
