Our internal Pride@CMS network, launched in 2022, offers all team members a platform for exchanging ideas on LGBTQIA+ topics and supports an inclusive working environment. Through regular training and partnerships with organizations such as ALICE, the LGBTQIA+ career network for lawyers, we underline our commitment to diversity and equal opportunities.
