Coca-Cola HBC Austria GmbH

About us/ What we stand for as a diverse company
Coca-Cola HBC Austria benefits greatly from the skills, experience and commitment of the different people who work for and with us. That's why we are committed to creating an environment in which all our employees feel valued and respected and proactively promote diversity, fairness and inclusion, including in the area of LGBTIQ+ as a long-standing partner of Pride Biz Austria. This is the only way we can optimally recognize the needs of our customers, who are just as diverse and individual as our team, and always offer them innovative solutions. Our employees are the secret ingredient in our company's recipe for success.
The Rainbow Career Services are important to us because...
Rainbow Day in Vienna is of great importance to Coca-Cola HBC Austria as it celebrates the values of diversity, fairness and inclusion, which are firmly anchored in our corporate culture. This day offers an excellent opportunity to make our company's commitment to the LGBTIQ+ community visible and to set an example for acceptance and equality. By supporting and participating in Rainbow Day, we want to emphasize that Coca-Cola HBC Austria promotes an open and diverse working environment and that we take our social responsibility in this regard seriously. We stand for an open, colorful and tolerant society.
We are already implementing the following diversity measures in our company:
"Come As You Are" is the name of our internal network, which is committed to integrating diversity, fairness and inclusion at all levels of our company. Led by our General Manager and two co-chairs from the Senior Leadership Team, it includes members from different business areas. They contribute a wide range of knowledge and networks through their voluntary commitment.
Our measures to promote diversity, fairness and inclusion are based on specific corporate goals and are evaluated through internal and external feedback and certifications (e.g. Diversity Charter, TÜV Austria Cert-Diversity Management, Equalita, Top Female Workplace). We cooperate with networks such as Pride Biz Austria, myAbility, NEBA and Diversity Think Tank Austria.
We regularly offer workshops and learning opportunities to support an inclusive working environment. Topics such as "Unconscious Bias" help us to recognize stereotypes and promote equal opportunities. Other initiatives include:
- Impulse Workshop LGBTIQ+ in the workplace
- Pride Run Promo & Participation
- Exchange with LGBTIQ+ friendly Coca-Cola HBC customers
- Inclusive language guide - Disability awareness trainings
- Employee resource groups: (Women's Inspirational Network and ReMentorMe - Reverse Mentoring)
- International Women's Day and International Men's Day activities (e.g. panel discussions)
- Age diversity: awareness campaigns, knowledge exchange between generations; microagressions workshop - conscious language (small words, big impact)
- Diversity talks to promote active exchange among employees - and much more
