Our commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusiveness is at the heart of who we are and what we do. We make EY a place where we build on differences, where our colleagues can be themselves and feel comfortable doing so. Our activities address three stakeholder groups in particular: the LGBT+ community, women and people with disabilities. With diverse internal networks, collaborations and numerous events, we live DE&I as an integral part of our culture and make our commitment visible to the outside world.

... we don't want to give prejudices and biases a chance. We don't just write diversity on our banner (or website), we actively recruit within the LGBT+ community. Because we are convinced that we can only find innovative solutions for the future with diverse teams and diverse perspectives!

DE&I @ EY consists of three pillars that focus on different stakeholder groups - women, people with disabilities and the LGBT+ community. Each of the three pillars is addressed on several levels, including events, collaborations, networks and training. We are particularly committed to LGBT+ diversity in the world of work. Our UNITY network brings together the internal LGBT+ workforce and their supporters, the EY LGBT+ Allies, and ensures greater visibility within the company. Regular events such as the Queer Cinema Night, the Diversity Breakfast, a charity punch stall and the Vienna Pride Parade create opportunities for networking within the community. Inclusiveness for All training is mandatory for all employees and raises awareness of how to work together in diverse teams and addresses the use of inclusive language. We also cooperate with Pride Biz, an Austrian organization for LGBT+ in business, and take part in cross-company exchange formats such as the Pride Biz Circles.
