With FITKO (Federal IT Cooperation), the IT Planning Council has created an agile organization to coordinate and drive forward the digitalization of public administration in a targeted manner. We are the agile organization that supports the work of the IT Planning Council and coordinates and drives forward the implementation of its decisions. To this end, we are regularly looking for motivated doers who have a passion for public administration, innovative work and good working conditions.

In order to achieve our goals, we are exploring new ways of working together, not only in fulfilling our tasks in a federal context, but also in our internal teamwork.
