ÖBB has been taking part in the Rainbow Parade since 2012 and hosts important initiatives such as the Queer Business Forum. With the internal Rainbow Network ("QBB"), we offer a networking opportunity for all LGBTIAQ+ colleagues and their friends and supporters. In addition to regular events, workshops and information sessions, we also organize joint activities. Because we are convinced that diversity is our strength and that we can learn from each other.
