Rainbow Career Day Luxembourg 2026
Luxembourg: Open-minded. Tolerant. Diverse.
Luxembourg City is a „safe space for LGBTIQ+ people“ and strives to implement public policies that, on the one hand, promote and protect the rights of LGBTIQ+ people and, on the other hand, reject structural mechanisms of discrimination.
Luxembourg Pride takes place in Esch-sur-Alzette and Luxembourg, annually setting an example for acceptance and diversity.
Since 2025, we have expanded our colorful services to include a unique career format: the Rainbow Career Day.
Many regional employers (Issuer here) will demonstrate once again on October 30, 2026, on site why they consider diversity within the company an essential part of their corporate culture and are very eager to engage in conversation with interested visitors from the queer community (and everyone for whom diversity is important).
Conversely, everyone who attends the Rainbow Career Day learns how authentic employers are and whether their own personality matches that of the company. Regardless of industry or general field of expertise!
After the great start in 2025, the event is also coming 2026 again, on Friday, the October 30
Location and time
The Rainbow Career Day Luxembourg will take place again on October 30, 2026 (1:00 PM – 5:30 PM). The central Neimënster will once again serve as the event venue. Located near the Rainbow Center and easily accessible, it is an ideal space for career fair discussions in a relaxed atmosphere.
