The many important services for the queer community in Cologne have been expanded in 2024 with a new format:
The Rainbow Career Day!
On June 6, 2025, the event will continue, this time even closer to the community and super easy to reach at Cafe Bach of Aidshilfe Köln (at Heumarkt).
Companies present themselves here as Participating employers to present and demonstrate why they understand diversity in the company as an essential part of the corporate culture and are very keen to engage in conversation with interested visitors from the queer community (and anyone for whom diversity is important).
Conversely, everyone who visits the Rainbow Day learns how authentic a company is and whether their own personality aligns with the company. This is true regardless of industry or general specialization!
The event will also feature a supporting program that, beyond career discussions, encourages exchange, dialogue, getting to know one another, and networking.

The Aids Assistance Cologne has been strongly advocating for the community since 1985!

Rainbow Career Day Cologne – Opening Speeches 2025
The Rainbow Career Day Cologne will be ceremoniously opened on June 6th – precisely at 1:00 PM – in the premises of Café Bach. We were able to inspire Andreas Wolter, Julia Monro, and Oliver Schubert for the opening speeches. We are looking forward to inspiring and content-rich words!
