The many important services for the queer community in Cologne were expanded to include a new format in 2024:
The Rainbow Career Day!
The event will continue on June 6, 2025, this time even closer to the community and super easy to reach at Cafe Bach of Aidshilfe Köln (on Heumarkt)
Companies present themselves here as participating employers and show why they see diversity in the company as an essential part of the corporate culture and are very happy to talk to interested visitors from the queer community (and all those for whom diversity is important).
Conversely, everyone who attends Rainbow Day learns how authentic a company is and whether their own personality is reflected in this company. Regardless of industry or general area of expertise!
The event will be complemented by a supporting program that also invites people to exchange ideas, engage in dialogue, get to know each other and network outside of career talks.

Prevention, counseling, reduction of prejudice & discrimination. Always towards a prejudice-free coexistence. We celebrate this and are proud to be able to organize the Rainbow Carrer Day Cologne in 2025 right there in Cafe Bach.
Rainbow Career Day Cologne - Opening Speeches 2025
The Rainbow Career Day Cologne will be ceremoniously opened on June 6 - punctually at 1 p.m. - in the rooms of Café Bach. We have been able to inspire Andreas Wolter, Julia Monro and Oliver Schubert to give the opening speeches. We are looking forward to inspiring and meaningful words!
