Rainbow Day Hamburg is also more than just a career fair with stand talks, even if these are very colorful and helpful. With our content-rich supporting program, we also offer interested participants who are not currently interested in a career (re)orientation an exciting option to gain knowledge, exchange ideas and expand their own network.

The Rainbow Union North Network is a platform that brings together queer and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) ambassadors from various companies and organizations in northern Germany. Our aim is to strengthen the community and the exchange between these committed individuals and to promote cooperation across company boundaries. Together, we want to create a basis for future collaboration through topic-based discussions and inspiring insights - because we believe that we are stronger together!
