Getting to know the company teams in person gives you a good impression of how and with whom you would work together on a day-to-day basis, how you get on and how everyone fits together. At Rainbow Days, the focus is on people and not just on professional or university qualifications.

The Rainbow Days focus entirely on local interests and enable encounters with regionally active employers in particular.

This is modern and sustainable.

Nevertheless, our locations are not ideal for all interested parties - which is why we are expanding our services with immediate effect to include our
Rainbow-Online-Career-Day on October 24, 2024.

The new career format is being implemented together with e-fellows.net, which also offers a separate diversity scholarship in its broad funding and scholarship program.
