Queer life on campus & afterwards: what does "queer-friendly" mean for me?

Rainbow-Day GmbH supports diversity in Germany and neighboring European countries with its services. Our goal: we want to help make life fairer, more inclusive and more open to the world for everyone.

What:

In order to give as many people as possible a voice, Rainbow-Day GmbH has decided to implement a comprehensive survey within the queer community, with a special focus on the life & experiences of students on campus and their wishes for the (queer-friendly) employers of tomorrow.

The evaluation of the survey (which itself only takes three minutes) will help to support universities in their empowerment of the community and to further sensitize companies to which topics are important for job (entry) today, so that workplaces are designed to be fairer, more inclusive and non-discriminatory for all people.

Even the interim evaluations of the survey clearly show that it is good that young people have been given a voice. The results are both impressive and informative for companies and universities alike! We will report here as soon as possible
