Rainbow Day Cologne is more than just a career fair with stand talks, even if these are very colorful and helpful. With our content-rich supporting program, we also offer interested participants who are not currently interested in a career (re)orientation an exciting option to gain knowledge, exchange ideas and expand their own network.
The event will be officially opened together with the founder of Rainbow Days, Sebastian Krug.
Here you can get advice on all topics relating to studying and training. Those interested in a gap year are in good hands here, as are applicants who want brief feedback on their CV. Free of charge, of course.

The association of LGBT+ company networks unites more than 20,000 LGBTIQ employees in the Rhine-Ruhr region. As part of the Rhine-Ruhr Diversity Network, global commercial enterprises in the region are committed to a corporate culture that promotes diversity and contributes to the economic benefit of companies.
Following Rainbow-Day Cologne, the next colorful network meeting will take place in the Wolkenburg, powered by rainbow-days.
