The association of LGBT+ company networks unites more than 20,000 LGBTIQ employees in the Rhine-Ruhr region. As part of the Rhine-Ruhr Diversity Network, global commercial enterprises in the region are committed to a corporate culture that promotes diversity and contributes to the economic benefit of companies.

Following Rainbow-Day Cologne, the next colorful network meeting will take place in the Wolkenburg, powered by rainbow-days.
