Who made the best impression on visitors during the trade fair?
To this end, we survey all participants at the Rainbow Career Days. Following the career events, the highest-rated employers are presented with the Rainbow Career Award (previously the Rainbow Day Award).

Rainbow-Day Munich Award
The Rainbow Day in Munich took place again on January 31.
Visitors to the trade fair day in the Goldberg studios were once again asked to vote for the employer who made the best impression.
As in 2024, ADAC was named the most. Congratulations!
Rainbow Day 2024 Overall winner of the year
Award
On the days of the fair, visitors to Rainbow Days 2024 cast their vote on which employer they had the best impression of.
Across the events in Munich (February), Vienna (June), Cologne and Frankfurt (July) and Hamburg (December), the companies REWE Group (1st place), Diehl Aerospace (2nd place) and bonprix (3rd place) received the most votes. Congratulations!

Rainbow-Day Hamburg Award
Rainbow Day in Hamburg took place for the first time on December 3.
Visitors to the trade fair day at CURIO-HAUS were once again asked to vote for the employer who made the best impression.
Bonprix was named the most. Congratulations!

Rainbow-Day Frankfurt Award
On July 18, the Rainbow Day took place again in Frankfurt with around 1,000 visitors.
The visitor survey also asked which employer made the best impression.
Most frequently named,
- 1st place. DIEHL Aerospace,
named second most frequently, - 2nd place. P&G,
named third most frequently, - 3rd place (shared) Baker McKenzie and ING.
2023
Rainbow-Day Frankfurt Award
On July 13, the first Rainbow Day took place in Frankfurt with more than 1,200 visitors.
The visitor survey also asked which employer made the best impression.
Most frequently named, 1st place: IKEA, second most frequently named, 2nd place: Deutsche Bahn, third most frequently named, 3rd place: Deloitte. Congratulations!
