The Rainbow Day in Cologne 2024 was colorful. Between noon and 6 p.m., a wide range of career discussions took place at the companies' stands, for a joint dialog at eye level.

Following Rainbow-Day Cologne, the network meeting of the Rhine-Ruhr LGBT+ network also took place, powered by rainbow-days.

The association of LGBT+ company networks unites more than 20,000 LGBTIQ employees in the Rhine-Ruhr region. As part of the Rhine-Ruhr Diversity Network, global business enterprises in the region are committed to a corporate culture that promotes diversity and contributes to the economic benefit of companies.
