The many important services for the queer community in Cologne were expanded to include a new format in 2024:
The Rainbow Career Day!
On April 22, 2026, the event will enter its third edition, this time in direct cooperation with the CBS University of Applied Sciences at the Cologne campus.
Companies will once again present themselves as employers and show why they see diversity in the company as an essential part of the corporate culture and are very happy to talk to interested visitors from the queer community (and anyone who cares about diversity).
Conversely, everyone who attends the Rainbow Career Day learns how authentic a company is and whether their own personality is reflected in this company. Regardless of the industry or general field!
The event will be complemented by a supporting program that also invites people to exchange ideas, engage in dialogue, get to know each other and network outside of career talks.

Together we are strong!
The CBS University of Applied Sciences stands for sustainability, diversity and inclusion - making it the perfect partner university for us.
