The many important services for the queer community in Vienna are being expanded by a colorful format:
The Rainbow Career Day! On June 12, 2026, from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Many modern companies (see here) Here, participating employers introduce themselves and explain why they understand diversity as an essential part of their company culture and are very happy to engage in conversation with interested visitors from the queer community (and anyone for whom diversity is important).
Conversely, everyone who attends the Rainbow Career Day learns how authentic a company is and whether their own personality aligns with that company. This is regardless of industry or general field of expertise!
The Rainbow Career Day Vienna will be expanded with a supporting program that invites exchange, dialogue, getting to know each other, and networking, even outside of career talks.
Following the great successes of the first two years, the event will continue in 2026.

Greeting for the Trade Fair Day
Opening of Rainbow Day Vienna 2026 again by Stephan Auer-Stüger – Member of the Federal Council.
We are looking forward to the inspiring words at 1:00 PM, the start of Rainbow Career Day.
Location and time
Rainbow Day Vienna will take place again on June 12, 2026, from 1 PM to 6 PM. The central Ovalhalle of the MuseumsQuartier will again be available as the event location. Easily accessible, a space ideal for relaxed trade fair discussions.

2:30 PM - 4:00 PM | Panel: Best Practice – What works for us? Learning from each other and talking to each other is the topic of today's panel, as we'll look at best practice examples together, give feedback, and also find out: How did it all begin? What mistakes could have been avoided, and which ones were necessary to meaningfully integrate DEI? (1. Original Gangster)
