The many important services for the queer community in Vienna are being expanded by a colorful format:
The Rainbow Career Day!
Many companies present themselves here as Participating employers to present and demonstrate why they understand diversity in the company as an essential part of the corporate culture and are very keen to engage in conversation with interested visitors from the queer community (and anyone for whom diversity is important).
Conversely, everyone who attends the Rainbow Career Day learns how authentic a company is and whether their own personality aligns with that company. This is regardless of industry or general field of expertise!
The Rainbow Career Day Vienna will be expanded with a supporting program that invites exchange, dialogue, getting to know each other, and networking, even outside of career talks.
Following the great success of the launch event, the event is now entering its second edition in 2025.

Greeting for the Trade Fair Day
Opening of Rainbow Day Vienna 2025 by Stefan Auer-Stüger – Member of the Federal Council.
We are looking forward to the inspiring words at 1:00 PM, the start of Rainbow Career Day.
Location and time
Rainbow Day Vienna will again take place on 06/27/2025 from 1 PM to 6 PM. The central Oval Hall of the MuseumsQuartier will be available as the event location. Easily accessible, a space ideal for trade fair discussions in a relaxed atmosphere.

2:00 PM – 3:00 PM | Panel: „But Who Cares? Where Does the Responsibility for Queer Work Lie?“
