Rainbow Career Day Vienna 2026
"In recent years, Vienna has made a name for itself as the rainbow capital far beyond the city and state borders - a city in which openness, acceptance and solidarity are lived and actively promoted by the city government and administration. The Rainbow Parade and Pride Month are just one part of the many colorful activities of the city, which stands for openness to the world."

The many important services for the queer community in Vienna are being expanded with a colorful format:
Rainbow Career Day! June 12, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Many modern companies (see here) introduce themselves here as participating employers and explain why they view diversity within the company as an essential part of their corporate culture and are eager to engage in conversation with interested visitors from the queer community (and anyone who values diversity).
Conversely, everyone who attends the Rainbow Career Day learns how authentic a company is and whether their own personality is reflected in this company. Regardless of the industry or general field!
The Rainbow-Career-Day Vienna will be extended by a supporting program, which also invites to exchange, dialogue, get to know each other and network apart from career talks.
After the great success of the first two years, the event will continue in 2026.
Colorful, colorful, Vienna!
