Come to Rainbow Day in Hamburg

We're looking forward to seeing you on December 3, 2025.

As a port city, openness has long been in Hamburg's DNA.

The variety of queer offerings and events is spread throughout the entire city of Hamburg. And this year, a new format will be added to them: Happy Rainbow Day!

Companies introduce themselves here as regional employers and show why they understand diversity in the company as an essential part of their corporate culture and are very keen to engage in conversation with interested visitors from the queer community (and anyone for whom diversity is important).

Conversely, everyone who visits the Rainbow Day learns how authentic a company is and whether their own personality aligns with the company. This is true regardless of industry or general specialization!

The Rainbow Day Hamburg will be expanded with a supporting program that invites exchange, dialogue, getting to know each other, and networking, even beyond career talks.

The Curiohaus is available as a venue. Easily accessible, right next to the University of Hamburg, and a space ideal for trade fair discussions in a relaxed atmosphere.

Exchange meets knowledge meets networking

The Rainbow Day Hamburg is more than just a career fair with booth talks, although these are very colorful and helpful. With our content-rich supporting program, we also offer interested participants, who are not currently interested in a (new) professional orientation, an exciting option to gain knowledge, exchange ideas, and expand their own network.

YouTuber, author, and „Queer Content King” Kostas Kind and LGBTQ+ content creator, activist, and spokesperson Tommy Toalingling in conversation about the opportunities, challenges, and limitations of content creation as a full-time job.

The Rainbow Union North Network is a platform that brings together Queer and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) ambassadors from various companies and organizations in Northern Germany. Our goal is to strengthen the community and exchange between these committed individuals and to promote cooperation across company boundaries. Together, we want to create a foundation for future collaboration through topic-based discussions and inspiring insights – because we believe that we are stronger together!
